Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using jolene.taurustech.me (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Copyright and Ownership

All artwork, images, text, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of Jolene Casko and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited without explicit written permission.

Print Purchases

Product Descriptions

I make every effort to accurately describe prints and products. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Shipping

Physical prints ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. I am not responsible for customs fees for international orders.

Returns and Refunds

Physical prints may be returned within 14 days if damaged during shipping. Contact me with photos of damage for a replacement or refund. Digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are for personal use only. You may print for personal display but may not resell, distribute, or use for commercial purposes without a separate commercial license.

Download links expire after 24 hours. Contact me if you need the link resent.

Commission Terms

Process

All commissions require a 50% deposit before work begins. Final payment is due before file delivery. Typical turnaround is 3-6 weeks depending on project scope.

Revisions

Commission projects include 2-3 revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Usage Rights

Commissioned artwork is licensed for the agreed-upon use (album art, merchandise, etc.). I retain copyright and the right to display the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

If you cancel a commission after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If I cancel, the full deposit will be refunded.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or its content to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or spam
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate another person or entity

Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Disclaimer

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
